At Eleven Travels, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund policy to address these situations.

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

  • Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking at no charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fare will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time and location, no refund will be issued, and the full fare will be charged.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or from the date of approval of the refund request.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Special Promotions: Bookings made under special promotions or discount offers may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the terms and conditions of the promotion at the time of booking.
  • Third-Party Services: If the booking includes third-party services (e.g., tolls, parking fees), these charges may not be refundable.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
