Welcome to Eleven Travels! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Eleven Travels.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity who books or uses the taxi services provided by the Company.
  • “Driver” refers to the individual operating the taxi or vehicle during the booking.
  • “Service” refers to the transportation services offered by the Company, including but not limited to one-way and round-trip taxi services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Booking Process: Customers can book a taxi via our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service.
  • Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details of the trip.
  • Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

  • Rates: The fare for the trip will be provided at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to adjust rates based on changes in fuel prices, tolls, or other unforeseen factors.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, or cash. Payment is due upon completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
    • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking fare.
    • No-Show: If the customer does not show up at the scheduled pickup time and location, the full fare will be charged.
    • On-Spot Cancellation: If you reach your mentioned location or if you do not cancel the ride before 24 hours, no refund will be initialized.

4. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Conduct: Customers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the driver may result in the termination of the trip, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Luggage: Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage or personal items during the trip.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., baby seats, wheelchair accessibility) must be made at the time of booking. The Company will try to accommodate such requests but does not guarantee availability.

5. Responsibilities of the Company

  • Punctuality: The Company will make every effort to ensure timely pickup and drop-off. However, we are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Safety: All our drivers are licensed and trained. The Company ensures that all vehicles are regularly maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Insurance: The Company provides basic insurance coverage for passengers during the trip. This does not cover loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the trip. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
